Since launching the Internet on mobiles last summer (2007) , Vodafone has witnessed the growth in consumers’ appetite for email, instant messaging, and social networking as well as more general services such as Google search.
Vodafone says the 10 most popular mobile Internet sites on Vodafone Mobile Internet, in descending order, are Facebook, Google, BBC, MSN, Bebo, Sony Ericsson, Yahoo, MySpace, Windows live Hotmail, and YouTube.
Vodafone has also published a guide to the amount of data consumed by various mobile browsing activity. Though it notes that these figures may vary slightly according to different handset and browser functionality, we feel they are still worth sharing.
